After a near year of travel the time has come for us to find a place to call home. Come February we will be packing our swags and heading to Sydney. It's been one hell of an adventure, from the West Coast to the East Coast and everywhere in between. We spent a sweltering summer in Florida, lived the dream in a crumbling Brooklyn warehouse, hiked our way through dozens of National Parks, camped out in goodness knows how many Walmart's and soaked up enough Americana to last a lifetime. Oh and to top it off we got engaged, the land of opportunity has treated us well!
As much as I will miss the indescribable freedom of living on the road, exciting things await us back home. I will be returning to my handmade clothing label, something I have missed dearly whilst being abroad and Oli will be studying animation at UTS.
To all the wonderful people I have met during this odyssey, it's been an absolute pleasure and you shan't be forgotten. To any Sydney siders out there, lets get acquainted!

Sydney will make quite the change from the US. I am so looking forward to your etsy shop re-opening :D

I'm going to university in Sydney after this year in London. It's a small world; you never know. It'd be nice to see another Melburnian.
ReplyDeleteIf you ever visit Newcastle (about 2 hours up the coast) speak of it in a post to let me know, i could in the least give you a list of places to see
ReplyDeleteIt will be lovely to have you in Sydney, I'm also an animator and work right by ITS, so perhaps our paths will cross :)
